Со вчерашнего заседания UK BA Senior Management с коллегами из ILPA.

Теоретически, все моменты инересны и в особенности выделенные пункты:

The Public Enquiry Offices are now all centrally managed and customer service improvements are being looked at across all seven Pulbic Enquiry Offices. Extended opening hours are being trialled and they are looking to increase capacity at both the Publiic Enquiry Offices and through the super premium service

Sponsorship and temporary migration are looking to improve processing times by adopting a more risk based approach in order to speed up processing and improve service for low risk applicants

There is to be a new release of the Sponsor Management System on 1st July – the new release will be “fully digital
They are looking to improve the additional services on offer for premium sponsor

From 1st May the Immigration Enquiry Bureau should have been giving more information on where in the process an application was, including confirming receipt and, for temporary migration applications, a timeframe of how long the application should take to process. Since mid-June they should also have been giving an estimate on when the applicant should expect a decision. Additionally they are now supposedly guaranteeing to answer any question, either during the call, or finding out and then calling the enquirer back

The UK Border Agency website is expected to be moved to GOV.UK by the end of the year
